REQUIRED PERMITS & POLICIES BY STATE

Although completion of an alcohol training course may not be mandatory in your state, individual establishments may require you to show proof of certification.  Please be aware of liquor laws and other serving regulations in your area.  BARetc. always recommends taking a voluntary server/responsible alcohol training course regardless of state mandates, as they are easily accessible both online and in a classroom.

Please note that this list is meant to be a helpful, informative resource for Brand Ambassadors working in the United States.  As laws and regulations may change at any time, this resource should not be relied upon in place of official documents.  We recommend directly consulting with your local/regional regulatory body for more information or clarification.
